摘要
针对开关磁阻电机无位置控制方法中,一般简化磁链法因电机运行时电阻变化导致磁链估算误差的问题,引入了动态电阻估算方法,对电机相电阻进行实时校正,从而有效解决了磁链估算误差问题,实现SRM电机的精准换相。实验基于STM32F103C8T6单片机,完成了软件和硬件系统的设计,并完成了电机的调试,验证了无位置控制算法的可行性以及整个控制系统的可靠性。
In order to solve the problem of flux estimation error caused by the change of resistance when the motor is running,the dynamic resistance estimation method was introduced to correct the phase resistance of the motor in real time,so as to effectively solve the problem of flux estimation error and realize the accurate commutation of SRM motor.Based on STM32F103C8T6 MCU,the design of software and hardware system was completed,and the debugging of motor was completed.The feasibility of position free control algorithm and the reliability of the whole control system were verified.
