摘要
对大型核电站应急柴油发电机组的在用润滑油进行油液监测和定量评价,研究其理化性能、污染程度、添加剂消耗与磨损颗粒含量等关键指标的变化趋势,再利用线性回归消除监测过程中的补油干扰,使监测数据更具连续性。修正后的数据表明,油品不溶物、闪点、添加剂元素Mg、Ca以及磨损元素Cu有明显变化。最后运用三线值法、箱形图法和最大熵法进行阈值计算,并分析对比各方法所得结果。结果表明,在小样本情况下,依据最大熵法制定的应急柴油机在用润滑油监测阈值更符合实际,能够为核电站设备润滑可靠性和运维提供科学指导。
Used-oil in the emergency diesel of nuclear power plant was quantitatively analyzed by oil monitoring technology,variation trends of physicochemical properties,degree of pollution,additive consumption and wear particles were researched.Then linear regression was used to eliminate the interference of oil replenishment in the process of monitoring to make the monitoring data more continuous.The revised data show that insoluble,flash point,additive elements Mg,Ca and wear element Cu have obvious changes.Three-line value,boxplot and maximum entropy method were used to calculate the threshold value,and the results were analyzed and compared.The results show that in the case of small samples,the threshold value of in-use lubricant monitoring for emergency diesel engine based on maximum entropy method is more realistic.It can provide scientific guidance in operation and maintenance of nuclear power plant equipment lubrication.
