摘要 为了解决电商销售带来的大幅度需求波动以及物料供应紧张造成的生产不确定性,对目前的生产瓶颈SMT波峰工艺采用线平衡改善、单元生产、混合生产以及人机配合等多种改善手段,重点强化生产线的生产能力和柔性对应两方面的能力,最终建立一个相对完善的整体生产系统。通过改造,该工程在产能和柔性上得到较大幅度的提高,能快速响应顾客需求的变化。 In order to solve the production uncertainty caused by large demand fluctuation and material supply shortage caused by e-commerce sales,various improvement measures such as line balance improvement,unit production,mixed production and man-machine cooperation were adopted for the current production bottleneck SMT wave crest process.Focusing on strengthening the production capacity and flexible corresponding capacity of the production line,a relatively perfect integration body production system was established.Through the transformation,the production capacity and flexibility of the project have been greatly improved,which can quickly respond to the change of customer demand.
