摘要
通过齿轮测绘可以快速逆向研发出相应的减速机,缩短减速机研发周期,降低研发成本。通过简单的测量工具以及三坐标测量仪等仪器测量出齿轮的简单参数,再通过齿轮计算公式同时借助Excel表格的强大功能,计算出齿轮最终的结果。将齿轮计算公式整合在Excel表格中,提高计算精度,使得测绘结果更加准确,尽可能地保留了原减速机的性能,测绘效率得到进一步提升,避免了长期以来借助手工计算等传统测绘方式造成的结果不准确和效率低下。
Through gear mapping,the corresponding reducer can be developed rapidly and reversely,which can shorten the R&D cycle and reduce the R&D cost.The simple parameters of gear were measured by simple measuring tools and CMM,and then the final result of gear was calculated through gear calculation formula and powerful function of excel.The gear calculation formula was integrated into excel to improve the calculation accuracy and make the surveying and mapping results more accurate.The performance of the original reducer was retained as much as possible,and the mapping efficiency was further improved,which avoided the inaccurate results and low efficiency caused by traditional surveying and mapping methods such as manual calculation for a long time.
