摘要
传统的码垛依靠人工,劳动强度大,对人的体力要求比较高。针对一种箱装产品设计了一种自动码垛系统。通过对现有产品码垛工艺的分析,运用CAD和CAE技术设计出一套基于X、Y、Z三轴机械手的自动码垛系统。经过组装调试,系统在生产现场稳定运行,码垛速度达到了35箱/min。验证了所设计的系统的合理性和实用性,达到了取代人工、实现码垛自动化、提高企业经济效益的目的。
Traditional palletizing relies on manual labor,which requires a high degree of labor intensity and physical demands on people.An automatic palletizing system was designed for a box product.By analyzing the palletizing process of the existing products,an automatic palletizing system based on X、Y、Z triaxial manipulator was designed by using CAD and CAE technology.After assembly and debugging,the system runs stably in the production site,and the stacking speed reaches 35 boxes/min.The rationality and practicability of the system are verified,and the purpose of replacing manual labor,realizing palletizing automation and improving the economic benefits of the enterprise is achieved.
