摘要
针对国内大多数煤矿皮带输送机的应用情况,设计了一种基于PLC控制器的皮带输送机控制系统。对皮带运输机的运行状态进行分析,研究了皮带机的受力情况,并在此基础上提出了一种具有节能效果的控制系统。对其控制系统的硬件结构进行设计,对PLC控制器、变频器、传感器模块进行了选型设计。对控制系统的软件进行分析并设计了主程序的流程图。该控制系统具有较好的节能效果,提高了电能利用率,具有良好的经济效益。
According to the application of most domestic coal mine belt conveyor,a belt conveyor control system based on PLC controller was designed.The running state of the belt conveyor was analyzed,the force situation of the belt conveyor was studied,and a control system with energy saving effect was put forward.The hardware structure of the control system was designed,and the PLC controller,frequency converter and sensor module were selected and designed.The software of the control system was analyzed and the flow chart of the main program was designed.The control system has good energy-saving effect,improves the utilization rate of electric energy,and has good economic benefits.
