摘要 设计了一种电梯限速器动作速度试验装置。该装置采用三角带将限速器绳轮、驱动轮和检测轮连接起来,通过设置升降单元和第一移动平台,调整驱动轮和检测轮的位置,使本装置适用于各种不同类型的限速器,而且保证三角带在试验时处于绷紧状态,模拟电梯限速器实际使用时的状态,更接近实际使用工况。试验表明,该装置操作方便,试验结果准确度高、偏差小,提升了检验质量和效率。 A test device of elevator speed limiter was designed.The device used a triangle belt to connect the rope wheel,driving wheel and detection wheel of the speed governor.By setting up the lifting unit and the first moving platform,the position of the driving wheel and the detection wheel was adjusted,so that the device was suitable for various types of speed limiters,and the triangle belt was in a taut state during the test,which was closer to the actual use of the elevator speed limiter situation.The test results show that the device is easy to operate,the accuracy of the test results is high,the deviation is small,and the inspection quality and efficiency are improved.
