摘要
在KDF2滤棒成型机的降速接纸过程中,由于预张力辊的辊速变化滞后,滤棒吸阻波动增大。为减小降速接纸过程中吸阻的波动,对预张力辊气路进行改进。通过增加新的控制气路,与原有气路形成高低压控制回路,在降速接纸过程中调节预张力辊压力,改变预张力辊辊速,从而调节丝束填充量,减小滤棒吸阻的波动,确保了接纸过程中滤棒吸阻值的稳定。改进后,接纸过程中滤棒吸阻均值与正常生产时吸阻均值差值的最大值为75 Pa,小于改进前的176 Pa。
In the process of paper pick-up of KDF2 filter rod forming machine,the fluctuation of filter rod suction resistance increases due to the delay of roll speed change of pre tension roller.In order to reduce the fluctuation of suction resistance in the process of paper pick-up at reduced speed,the air circuit of pre tension roller was improved.By increasing the new control gas path,the high and low pressure control loop is formed with the original gas path,and the pre tension roller pressure is adjusted and the pre tension roller speed is adjusted in the process of reducing the speed of paper feeding,thereby adjusting the filling amount of the tow,reducing the fluctuation of the filter rod suction resistance,and ensuring the stability of the filter rod suction value in the process of paper feeding.After improvement,the maximum difference between the average value of suction resistance of filter rod and that of normal production was 75 Pa,which was less than 176 Pa before improvement.
