湖州市培育新型职业农民的对策研究

新型职业农民是全面实施乡村振兴战略,促进农业农村发展的中坚力量,是区域内发展现代农业的根本保障。湖州市培育新型职业农民有利于做大人才总量、调优人才结构、提升人才质量,对现代农业发展意义重大。但是,目前湖州市新型职业农民培育中还存在着培训内容单一、手段滞后和激励力度不足等问题。因此,必须在今后的新型职业农民培育工作中提升规划水平、突出培育重点、提高协同能力、健全培育体系,以取得更好的培育成效。

The new-type professional farmers are the backbone of the overall implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization and promoting agricultural and rural development.They are the fundamental guarantee for the development of modern agriculture in the region.It is of great significance for the development of modern agriculture to cultivate new-type professional farmers in Huzhou,which is conducive to increasing the total number of talents,optimizing the talent structure and improving the quality of talents.However,there are still some problems in the cultivation of new vocational farmers in Huzhou,such as single training content,lagging means and insufficient incentive.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the planning level,highlight the cultivation focus,improve the collaborative ability and improve the cultivation system in the future.Only in this way,better cultivation results can be achieved.
