北周康城恺公柳带韦墓志考释

A Study of the Epitaph on the Tomb of Liu Daiwei,Kangcheng Kaigong,from the Northern Zhou Dynasty

北周使持节上开府仪同大将军康城恺公柳带韦墓及墓志为中古时期河东世家大族柳氏的存在和兴盛又添实证材料。志主正史有传,墓志内容可与《周书》《北史》记载相互印证、补阙。柳带韦墓志详述其家世、仕宦经历,特别是柳带韦说萧循、收南郑,迁转河东、益州之间的经历,对南北朝时期军国大事多有反映,是不可多得的出土文献。

Liu Daiwei was a military officer,a general of Shang Kaifuyitong and kangcheng Kaigong,during the Northern Zhou Dynasty.His tomb and epitaph provide more material evidence for understanding the existence and prosperity of the Liu lineage,an aristocratic family from Hedong during the Chinese Middle Ages.This epitaph comprises his biography and its content can be integrated with records in both the Zhoushu and Beishi.In Liu Daiwei’s epitaph,detailed information is recorded about the background of his family and his experience as a governmental official,particularly about his persuading Xiao Xun,conquering Nanzheng,and involvement in the Hedong and Yizhou issues.This epitaph is a rare discovery of an archaeological document and reflects the governmental and military events of the Southern and Northern Dynasty.
