摘要
现阶段我国网民的网络舆论参与呈现非理性、极端性、破坏性的特点,理性网民的养成既符合健康有序网络环境形成的需要,也能为国家社会发展建言献策。应从坚持正确的舆论方向、提升网民素质、增强网络舆论管理、加强法律法规建设四个方面着手,培养网络理性公民。
At this stage,the internet public opinion participation of Chinese netizens presents irrational,extreme and destructive characteristics.The cultivation of rational netizens not only meets the needs of the formation of a healthy and orderly network environment,but also can make suggestions for the development of the national society.Cultivating rational netizens includes adhering to the correct direction of public opinion,improving the quality of netizens,enhancing the management of online public opinion,and strengthening the construction of laws and regulations.
