Lenin’s Reflection and Solution to the Problem of Farmers’EconomicInterests in the Period of New Economic Policy

列宁针对强制性的征粮政策、日用必需品的不足、农业生产条件的严重落后等诸多制约因素,对新经济政策时期的农民经济利益问题进行了深入反思。列宁认为要解决农民经济利益问题,应从大力发展农业、调整粮食政策、改革土地政策、发展农村商业和自由贸易、加大国家帮扶力度等方面着手努力。列宁农民经济利益问题的反思与求解表现出战略性、创新性、亲民性、务实性等显著的方法论特征。

Lenin made a deep reflection on the farmers’economic interests in the period of new economic policy in view of many restrictive factors,such as the compulsory grain collection policy,the shortage of daily necessities,and the serious backwardness of agricultural production conditions.Lenin believed that in order to solve the problem of farmers’economic interests,efforts should be made in developing agriculture,adjusting food policy,reforming land policy,developing rural commerce and free trade,and strengthening state support.Lenin’s reflection and solution of the problem of farmers’economic interests show the characteristics of strategic,innovative,people-oriented and pragmatic.
