Informatization Helps Medical Services under the COVID-19 Epidemic

疫情期间,如何通过信息化建设更好地服务市民,减少院内交叉感染风险,最大程度地保障医疗服务正常运行、保障人民群众健康,使每位医疗信息人员探索和思考的问题。通过介绍我院“云诊室”、“门诊检查申请单”和“在线预检问询问卷”三个系统的流程和功能,具体说明医疗信息化在抗疫中的作用,希望以此抛砖引玉,探讨信息化建设在突发公共卫生事件中的作用。

During the epidemic,how to offer better service for citizens better,decrease the risk of cross-infection and maintain the normal operation of the medical institution is the priority of medical information staff.Introduces the processes and functions of the three systems of online med⁃ical consulting,outpatient application for medical examination and electronic epidemiology questionnaire,so we can specifically explain the role of medical information technology in the fight against epidemics.Uses this paper to open the subject for constructive discussion.
