白酒酿酒甑锅盖盘及其配套装置的设计与应用分析

Design and Application of Steamer Lid and its Supporting Devices Used in Baijiu Distillation

甑锅作为白酒固态发酵的蒸料或蒸馏酒设备,甑锅盖盘与蒸汽导管通过环形沟槽实现相互镶嵌配合,并采用水封的方式实现闭合;蒸汽压力较大时,容易在接口处出现漏汽现象,存在烫伤等安全隐患。针对上述问题,本文设计了一种白酒酿酒甑锅盖盘及其配套装置,其甑锅盖盘主要由盖体、钩环、耐压弹簧、弹簧膨胀节等部分组成,配套装置主要由基座、转轴、弹簧膨胀节、液压装置等部分组成。该甑锅盖盘可以与行车配合使用,其配套装置连接冷却设备并可以水平旋转,适用于白酒固态发酵的蒸料或蒸馏酒操作,以解决手压式或旋臂式甑锅起盘器在操作时存在的笨重、缓慢等问题,消除盖盘操作时存在的烫伤等安全隐患,减轻劳动强度,并提高蒸馏效率。

The steamer is the equipment for raw material steaming and liquor distillation in the production of Baijiu.The steamer lid and the steam conduit are inlaid with each other by a circular groove,and water sealed to prevent steam leakage.When the steam pressure is high,steam leakage is easy to appear at the joint,resulting in security risks.In view of these problems,we have designed a kind of steamer lid and its supporting devices.The lid is mainly composed of the lid body,the hook,the spring,the spring expansion joint,etc.;the supporting devices include the base,the rotating shaft,the spring expansion joint,the hydraulic device,etc.The steamer lid can be used in conjunction with the traveling crane,and the supporting devices can be connected with the cooling equipment and be rotated horizontally,which is suitable for the operations of raw material steaming and liquor distillation.The set of equipment can solve the problems of slow operation of the hand-pressing or the rotary-arm steamer lid lifter,eliminate the security risks,reduce the labor intensity,and improve the distillation efficiency.
