便携式岩石力学测试仪设计

摘要 为在交通不便的野外作业时,能够获得实时的岩石全过程力学特性数据,本文提出了一种便携式多功能岩石力学测试仪,系统以单片机为核心,配置压力传感器、位移传感器、激光开关传感器及角度传感器等,现场采集信号处理后,将过程特性曲线显示在液晶屏上,同时支持数据的本机存储及蓝牙上传.仪器集测试岩石点荷载、单轴抗压强度以及结构面摩擦角功能于一体.此外,配合便携式机械压力系统和液压系统,能够就地展开岩石力学试验,可实时获取试验机上的应力、位移、岩石摩擦角等参数.通过测试数据及图像效果表明:测试仪运行正常,数据采集可靠,控制准确、平稳. In order to obtain the real-time rock mechanics characteristic data during field operations with inconvenient traffic,this paper proposes a portable multifunctional rock mechanics tester.The system is based on a single-chip microcomputer,equipped with pressure sensors,displacement sensors,laser switch sensors and Angle sensors,etc.;after the on-site acquisition and signal processing,the process characteristic curve was displayed on the LCD screen,and it supports the local storage of data and Bluetooth upload.The instrument integrates the functions of testing rock point load,uniaxial compressive strength and structural surface friction angle.In addition,with the portable mechanical pressure system and hydraulic system,the rock mechanics test can be carried out on the spot,and the stress,displacement,rock friction angle and other parameters on the testing machine can be obtained in real time.The test data and image effects show that the tester runs normally,with reliable data collection and accurate and stable control.
