摘要
目的研究临床案例讨论结合PBL教学法在危重症学科护理带教中的应用,分析其运用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月危重症学科实习护士50例作为研究对象,按照随机分组的原则,将其平均分为对照组和观察组,每组包含25例。其中,对照组采取单纯的PBL教学法进行护理带教,观察组采取临床案例讨论结合PBL教学法进行护理带教。对两组实习护士的护理知识掌握度、综合能力提升状况、对护理带教满意度等指标进行统计。结果观察组实习护士的护理知识掌握状况明显优于对照组,且观察组护士的综合能力提升状况优于对照组,其对护理带教满意度明显高于对照组。三项指标比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在危重症学科护理带教中,运用临床案例讨论联合PBL教学法,能够提高护士的综合能力,改善其护理知识掌握度,优化其对教学方式的满意度。
Objective To study the application of PBL teaching method in critical nursing teaching and analyze its effect.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,50 nurses in critical care discipline were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into control group and observation group,each group included 25 cases.Among them,the control group adopted the PBL teaching method for nursing teaching,and the observation group adopted the clinical case discussion combined with the PBL teaching method for nursing teaching.Statistics were made on the mastery of nursing knowledge,the improvement of comprehensive ability,and the satisfaction of nursing teachers of the two groups.Results In the observation group,the nurses’mastery of nursing knowledge was significantly better than that in the control group,and the comprehensive ability improvement of the observation group was better than that in the control group,and their satisfaction with nursing teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference of the three indexes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of critical nursing,the clinical case discussion combined with PBL can improve the comprehensive ability of nurses,improve their mastery of nursing knowledge,and optimize their satisfaction with teaching methods.
