微信联合PBL在影像科住培工作中的应用

The Application of WeChat Platform Combined With PBL in Standardized Training of Residents in Imaging Department

目的探讨基于微信平台联合PBL的教学模式在影像科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法以内蒙古医科大学第一临床医学院2015级—2017级住院医师规范化培训学员为研究对象。通过随机分配的模式,将研究对象划分为两组,微信组和对照组,入组之前微信组、对照组组织的临床考核成绩的差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05;两个组别成员的性别、年龄等的差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05,具备可比性。对照组采用传统教学法结合PBL进行住培教学,观察组采用微信平台联合PBL进行住培教学。课程结束,比较两组学生的考核成绩、满意度、自主学习能力。结果微信组学生理论及实验成绩、满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),自主学习能力也明显提高(P<0.01)。结论微信平台联合PBL的混合式教学在影像科住院医师规范化培训中的应用,能显著有效地提高学生学习成绩及自主学习能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of basic WeChat platform combined with PBL teaching model in standardized training of residents in imaging department.Methods The subject of this study is the standardized training of resident doctors from 2015 to 2017,the first clinical medical college of Inner Mongolia Medical University.Through the model of random distribution,the research objects were divided into two groups,WeChat group and control group.Before entering the group,the difference of clinical assessment results between WeChat group and control group was not statistically significant,P>0.05;the differences of gender,age of the two groups were not statistically significant,P>0.05,which was comparable.The control group used traditional teaching method and PBL to carry out the teaching of living training,and the observation group used WeChat platform and PBL to carry out the teaching.At the end of the course,the students’evaluation results,satisfaction and autonomous learning ability were compared.Results The theoretical and experimental scores and satisfaction of WeChat group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The ability of autonomous learning was also significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of WeChat platform combined with PBL in standardized training of residents in imaging department can significantly and effectively improve students’academic performance and autonomous learning ability.
