彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿胆囊异常的临床应用效果观察

Clinical Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Fetal Gallbladder Abnormalities

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿胆囊异常的临床应用效果。方法将签署知情同意书的60例2018年8月—2019年8月入院接受产前超声筛查的孕妇随机分组,其中存在胎儿胆囊异常的为研究组,为本次研究对象,正常健康孕妇为对照组,两组孕妇均接受彩色多普勒超声诊断,研究对比两组孕妇超声检查结果。结果对照组均为健康孕妇,彩色多普勒超声筛查结果显示,该组孕妇无一例胎儿存在胆囊异常;对比30例存在胆囊异常的研究组,该组胎儿存在胆囊异常,与手术分娩后结果进行对比,结果显示,证实有12例胆囊不显示、8例胆囊增大、6例胆囊内异常回声,研究组与对照组的彩色多普勒超声检查结果对比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,研究组与超声筛查结果相比,筛查准确率为86.67,差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论胎儿胆囊异常使用彩色多普勒超声诊断,根据超声图像可判断胎儿胆囊异常,准确率较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abnormal fetal gallbladder.Methods Sixty pregnant women who signed informed consent from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the study group with abnormal fetal gallbladder as the study group,and the normal healthy pregnant women as the control group.The pregnant women in the two groups were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,and the results of ultrasound examination in the two groups were compared.Results all the pregnant women in the control group were healthy.The results of color Doppler ultrasound screening showed that there was no fetal gallbladder abnormality in this group of pregnant women.Compared with 30 cases of abnormal gallbladder in the study group,the fetus in this group had abnormal gallbladder,and the results were compared with the results after surgical delivery.the results showed that there were no gallbladder in 12 cases,gallbladder enlargement in 8 cases and abnormal echo in 6 cases.there was significant difference in the results of color Doppler ultrasonography between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).The results of ultrasonic screening in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The accuracy of screening was 86.67,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Fetal gallbladder abnormality can be diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,and the fetal gallbladder abnormality can be diagnosed according to the ultrasound image,and the accuracy is high.
