脑电图在儿童病毒性脑炎急性期的应用研究

Application of EEG in the Acute Stage of Viral Encephalitis in Children

目的探究脑电图监测在儿童病毒性脑炎急性期的应用价值。方法将医院在2018年6月—2019年12月期间进行治疗的患儿(病毒性脑炎急性期)54例作为观察对象,将患儿根据两种不同检查方式进行分组,对核磁共振扫描异常患儿(27例)、脑电图监测异常患儿(27例)的重症发生率、恢复正常率及后遗症发生率进行比对分析。结果对两组异常患儿进行随访6个月的观察,脑电图监测异常患儿恢复正常率相比核磁共振扫描异常患儿高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),脑电图监测异常患儿重症发生率、后遗症发生率相比核磁共振扫描异常患儿低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑电图监测对儿童病毒性脑炎急性期诊断意义显著,能够作为儿童病毒性脑炎患儿的诊断治疗依据。

Objective To explore the value of EEG monitoring in the acute phase of viral encephalitis in children.Methods 54 cases of children(acute stage of viral encephalitis)treated in the hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects.The children were divided into two groups according to two different examination methods.The severe incidence,recovery rate and sequelae rate of 27 children with abnormal MRI scanning and 27 children with abnormal EEG monitoring were compared and analyzed.Results The two groups of abnormal children were followed up for 6 months.The recovery rate of abnormal EEG was higher than that of MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of severe and sequelae in children with abnormal EEG monitoring was lower than that in children with abnormal MRI scanning,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion EEG monitoring has significant significance in the diagnosis of children with viral encephalitis in the acute phase,and can be used as the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of children with viral encephalitis.
