二陈汤与三子养亲汤合用治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的价值分析

Value Analysis of Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in Treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的讨论在COPD急性加重期患者的临床治疗过程中应用二陈汤合用三子养亲汤疗法进行治疗的临床应用价值。方法筛选特定区间(即2017年6月—2019年6月)医院收治的COPD急性加重期患者(共86例)进行分组(数字随机表法)。参照组运用基础性的治疗方案,观察组基于参照组增加应用二陈汤合用三子养亲汤疗法。记录两组治疗有效性、肺功能及慢阻肺评分。结果观察组治疗有效性较参照组高20.93%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肺功能、慢阻肺评分更优(与参照组对比均P<0.05)。结论在COPD急性加重期患者的临床治疗过程中应用常规西药、二陈汤合用三子养亲汤联合疗法结局甚佳。

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of Erchen decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction in the clinical treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods Screening patients(86 cases in total)of acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to our hospital in a specific interval(from June 2017 to June 2019)for grouping(number random table).The reference group used the basic treatment plan,and the observation group added Erchen decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction based on the reference group.The effectiveness of treatment,lung function and COPD score were recorded in the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness of the observation group was 20.93%higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the pulmonary function and COPD scores of the observation group were better after treatment(all P<0.05 compared with the reference group).Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment of patients with acute exacerbations of COPD,the combination of conventional western medicine,Erchen decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction has a good outcome.
