溃疡性结肠炎患者的心理特点与护理干预探究

目的分析溃疡性结肠炎患者所具备的心理特点,并探讨有效的护理干预方案。方法选择于2018年10月—2019年10月时间段内在医院接受治疗的86例溃疡性结肠炎患者进行研究分析,参考患者床位号的奇偶性以及患者个人意愿,划分为试验组与对照组,每组各43例;对照组患者入院后均接受常规护理,试验组入院后接受常规护理与个体化心理干预,通过抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)对比分析两组患者护理前后的心理状态。结果护理前,两组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分较为接近,组间比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析溃疡性结肠炎患者所具备的心理特点,以此为基础实施个体化心理干预,可以有效扭转患者的负性心理,对于其预后发展有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics of patients with ulcerative colitis and to explore effective nursing intervention programs.Methods Eighty-six patients with ulcerative colitis who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected for analysis.The patient’s bed number was divided into experimental group and control according to the parity of the patient’s bed number and the patient's personal wishes.The group,43 cases in each group;the control group received routine nursing after admission,the experimental group received routine nursing and individualized psychological intervention after admission,compared with the Selfrating Anxiety Scale(SAS)by the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)The psychological status of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was analyzed.Results Before treatment,the SDS scores and SAS scores of the two groups were similar.The differences between the groups did not meet the statistical significance(P>0.05).After the nursing,the SDS scores and SAS scores of the experimental group were lower than the control.The difference showed statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Analysis of the psychological characteristics of patients with ulcerative colitis,based on the implementation of individualized psychological intervention,can effectively reverse the negative psychology of patients,and has positive significance for its prognosis.
