摘要
神木气田是我国典型的低渗透气田,集输采用井下节流、中低压集气工艺(设计压力6.3 MPa),由于电磁阀为两位式阀门,无法实现远程控压开关井。目前,该气田气井开关井频繁,为了降低员工开关井作业的劳动强度,提升神木气田数字化管理水平,2018年进行了气井远程控压开关井试验,在10口气井安装了电动针阀和电动球阀。通过试验发现,两种阀门均实现了高压气井(套压高于3.8 MPa)的远程控压开关井,达到了将传统的井口开关井作业转变为中控室远程操作的目的。同时,安装的阀门在当年回收成本后,从增产气量和节约人工操作成本两方面每年可增收200万元以上,具有良好的推广价值,为低渗气田后期开发起到了很好的借鉴作用。
Shenmu Gas Field is a typical low permeability reservoir in China,which uses downhole restricting device and low pressure gas collecting system(designed pressure within 6.3 MPa).The present solenoid valve is a two-way valve,which is hardly being remote controlled.At present,the workload of gas well switching in this gas field is extremely high.In order to reduce the labor intensity of em-ployees switching wells and improve the digital management level of Shenmu Gas Field,the gas well long-distance controlled pressure switching well test was carried out in 2018,and electric needle valve and electric ball valve were installed in 10 wells.Through tests,it is found that both valves can realize the long-distance controlled pressure switch well with high pressure gas well(casing pressure is higher than 3.8 MPa),and achieve the purpose of transforming the traditional wellhead switch well operation into the remote operation in the central control room.At the same time,after the cost recovery of installation in the same year,the valve can increase revenue by 2 million yuan per year from the two aspects of increasing gas production and saving manual operation cost,which has a good promotion value and plays a good reference role for the late development of low-permeability gas fields.
