三元复合驱采出水处理站回收污油特性评价 被引量:2

摘要 针对大庆油田某三元复合驱污水处理站回收污油机械杂质含量高,将其返输到上游的原油集输脱水站,影响该污水处理站来水水质及油井井筒防垢剂稀释水质量的问题,采用碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法、FEI Quanta 200F型场发射扫描电子显微镜、LEICA RMP型光学显微镜等测定了该站回收污油的成分、显微结构和离心相分离特性。结果表明,回收污油为O/W型原油乳状液,不仅含水率高,而且机械杂质质量浓度高达1790 mg/L;三元复合驱采出水处理过程中产生的污油,其机械杂质主要是硅酸,三相离心预处理工艺可显著降低该三元污水处理站回收的污油量和污油中的机械杂质量。 The ASP flooding sewage treatment station in Daqing Oilfield has a high content of mechanical impurities in the recovered sump oil,and its return to the upstream crude oil gathering and transportation dehydration station affects the incoming water quality of the sewage treatment station and the quality of the water diluted by scale prevention agent in the well.To solve the above problems,the use of clastic rock reservoir injected water recommended indexes and analysis methods,FEI Quanta 200F field emission scanning electron microscope,and LEICA RMP optical microscope determines the recycle oil composition,microstructure,and centrifugal separation properties.The results show that the recovered sewage oil is O/W crude oil emulsion with high moisture content and mechanical impurity content up to 1790 mg/L.The mechanical impurities in the sewage oil produced in the ASP flooding water treatment process are mainly silicate,and the three-phase centrifugal pretreatment technology could significantly reduce the recovered sump oil amount and the mechanical impurities in the sump oil recycled by the ASP sewage treatment station.
