科里奥利质量流量计在乙烷气体贸易交接中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高天然气附加值,各油气田纷纷采用深冷方式从天然气中分离出乙烷气体作为产品销售。但乙烷气体的组分、密度与常规的天然气存在较大差异,致使贸易交接计量没有可参照的国家及行业标准。为了提高乙烷气体计量的准确度,应选择正确的测量方法,通过比较常用气体流量计的测量原理,分析了压缩因子计算的准确度对气体体积测量准确度的影响程度,最终推荐采用质量流量计进行乙烷气体交接计量;同时结合质量流量计的工作原理和现场实际使用过程中的经验,对质量流量计的检定、安装和使用等环节提出合理化建议,以便为更多天然气附加产品的交接计量提供技术支撑。 In recent years,in order to increase the added value of natural gas,each oil and gas field has adopted a cryogenic method to separate ethane gas from natural gas as product sales.However,the composition and density of ethane gas are quite different from that of conventional natural gas,and there is no national or industrial standard for the metering of trade exchange.In order to improve the accuracy of ethane gas metering,by comparing the measurement principle of common gas flowmeter,the influence degree of accuracy of compression factor calculation on gas volume measurement accuracy is analyzed.Finally,the mass flowmeter is recommended for ethane gas exchange metering.At the same time,combined with the working principle of the mass flowmeter and the experience in the actual use of the field,reasonable suggestions on the verification,installation,and use of the mass flowmeter are put forwards,so as to provide technical support for the handover measurement of more natural gas additional products.
