摘要
输气管道的泄漏定位技术是管道完整性管理的重要组成部分,针对工程实践中输气管道泄漏定位准确率和效率低的问题,通过输气管道稳态流动方程,结合改进的龙格-库塔(Runge-Kutta)法建立了泄漏定位模型,由采集到的首末点数据参数,通过模型计算得到压力曲线,可对泄漏点进行有效定位。结合工程实例并通过仿真试验发现,改进后的Runge-Kutta法能够快速实现对泄漏点的定位,平均定位误差为0.4~2.5 m,小于传统负压波法定位误差(5~12 m);对不同泄漏率、首末点温差和管道输量对定位精度的影响进行了测试,结果证明Runge-Kutta法可以适用于非等温输气管道的泄漏定位。
Pipeline leak positioning technology is an important part of the pipeline integrity management.Aiming at the low accuracy and efficiency of gas pipeline leakage location in engineering practice,through the steady-state flow equation of gas pipeline,combined with improved Runge-Kutta method,a leakage location model is established.The parameters of the first and end point data are collected,the pressure curve is captured by model calculation,and the leakage points can be effectively located.Finally,combined with engineering examples and through simulation tests,it is found that the improved Runge-Kutta method can quickly realize the leaking point positioning.Its average position error is 0.4 to 2.5 m,less than 5 to 12 m of the traditional negative pressure wave positioning.The effects of different leakage rates,temperature difference between the first and last point,and pipeline transport volume on positioning accuracy are tested.The results show that the Runge-Kutta method could be applied to leakage positioning of non-isothermal gas pipelines.
