心理治疗与心理咨询中的结案工作(综述)

A review of termination phase in psychotherapy and psychological counseling

对于心理治疗师或咨询师在结案阶段应如何工作,笔者建议使用以下五类有高度共识性的结案行为:提前讨论结案议题、回顾治疗收获并展望未来、围绕关系进行工作、处理分离带来的情绪、提供再次治疗的可能性。未来可从3个方面进一步探究何为有效的结案工作:探究结案行为与治疗效果的关系、整合当事人和治疗师的视角、针对国内现状进行本土化研究。

As for how therapists or the counselors should work during the termination phase,the author suggests the following 5 types of high-consensus termination behaviors:discussing the termination issues with clients in advance,reviewing the treatment gains and looking into the future,working on the relationship,dealing with the e-motions caused by separation,and providing the possibility for clients to return to treatment again.In the future,we can further explore what is the effective termination work from the following 3 aspects:exploring the relationship between termination behaviors and effect of therapy or counseling,integrating perspectives of clients and counsel­ors,and conducting localization research focusing on Chinese domestic situations.
