电容式电压互感器二次输出电压异常原因分析

Cause Analysis of Abnormal Output of Secondary Voltages of Capacitor Voltage Transformers

为了保证电力设备的安全稳定运行,针对电网内频繁出现的电容式电压互感器二次输出电压异常问题,通过对电容式电压互感器的结构、原理进行分析,总结了11种二次输出电压异常原因及其故障特征。最后,从运行维护、施工管理、出厂试验等方面提出了有效的防范措施,为运维人员处理类似故障提供了借鉴经验。

In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power equipment and in response to the frequent occurrence of abnormal output of secondary voltages of capacitor voltage transformers in the power grid,causes of 11 types of abnormal output of secondary voltages and their failure characteristics are summarized through analysis of the structure and principle of capacitor voltage transformers.Finally,effective preventive measures are proposed from the aspects of the operation&maintenance,the construction management and the factory tests,which provide a reference point and experience for operation&maintenance personnel to deal with similar failures.
