摘要
通过对回转系统计算分析,得出回转系统最大阻力矩,根据回转系统最大阻力矩和回转速度,实现液压系统匹配。对回转系统测试表明,回转系统压力随转速升高而增大,在起重工况下,测得的系统压力与理论计算值基本一致,回转方向切换时会引起系统压力超调,需通过设置控制电流信号上升沿斜坡减小压力超调。
With swing system caculation,obtained the maximum swing resistance moment.Base on the maximum resistance moment and rotary speed hydraulic system matched.Swing test result present hydraulic system pressure increase with rotary speed.Lifting test present real pressure consistant with cacaulation value.Swing direction change cause hydraulic system pressure overshoot.Pressure overshoot can reduce by setting control current signal ramp.
