摘要
针对高温导热油旋转接头的工作特点及工况参数,提出了高温旋转接头的结构设计、材料选择、密封参数计算等方法,利用有限元软件对外管体、密封环、端盖的温度场及力热耦合变形进行分析与优化设计,并进行了试验验证。研究结果表明,所设计的旋转接头完全能够满足高温工况下的使用要求。
According to the working characteristics and parameters of high temperature heat transfer oil rotary joint,the methods of structural design,material selection and sealing parameter calculation of high temperature rotary joint are proposed.The temperature field and thermo mechanical coupling deformation of outer pipe body,sealing ring and end cover are analyzed and optimized by using finite element software.The experimental verification foe design of the rotary joint is carried out.The results show that the designed rotary joint can fully meet the requirements of high temperature operation.
