摘要
该文依据GB/T 14513.2-2019《气动使用可压缩流体元件的流量特性测定第2部分:可代替的测试方法》标准对气动行业通用的某典型气动换向阀产品进行流量特性测定试验,通过试验数据采集分析计算得到3个流量特性特征参数,声速流导C、临界压力比b和亚声速指数m,为国内气动换向阀流量特性试验及标准制定提供参考。
According to the standard of GB/T 14513.2-2019,pneumatic fluid power—determination of flow-rate characteristics of components using compressible fluids—Part 2:Alternative test methods,a typical pneumatic fluid power directional control valve in the pneumatic industry is tested for flow-rate characteristics.Through the analysis on acquired data,three flow-rate characteristic parameters,sonic conductance,C,critical back-pressure ratio,b and subsonic index,m are determined.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for testing and standardsetting of flow-rate characteristics of pneumatic fluid power directional control valve in domestic.
