摘要
现代学徒制是职业院校培养技术技能与职业素养并重的适应人才,提高人才培养质量的重要举措,是职业院校教育改革的重点方向。文章以现代学徒制为指导,以工业机器人技术专业为对象,为解决高职院校工业机器人技术专业人才培养问题,从人才培养目标、课程建设、教学手段与方法等方面探索人才培养模式,为高职院校工业机器人技术专业建设与人才培养提供有益思考。
The modern apprenticeship system is an important measure for vocational colleges to cultivate technical skills and professional literacy,and to improve the quality of personnel training.It is the key direction of vocational college education reform.This paper is guided by the modern apprenticeship system and aims at solving the problem of industrial robot technology talents training in higher vocational colleges.It explores the talent training mode from the aspects of talent training objectives,curriculum construction,teaching means and methods.It provides useful thinking for the construction of industrial robot technology and talent training in higher vocational colleges.
