高校思想政治理论课精准供给的路径探析

ON THE PATH OF PRECISE SUPPLY TO THE IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL THEORY COURSES IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES

高校思想政治理论课的精准供给,必须坚持以大学生个性化、多样化的需求为导向,供给者应从价值取向出发为学生进行“精准滴灌”。当前高校思政课教学问题以“大水漫灌”式最为突出,这一问题易引发多方面、多层次的负面问题。高校教学主体(供给侧)与教学对象(需求侧)之间,存在教学供给内容及供给方式缺乏针对性、评价方式不够精准等问题。应坚持改进教学供给理念、内容和方式,充分利用新兴技术、工具,使它们与思想政治教育互融,利用数据挖掘、算法分析等技术为大学生制定精准的供给内容、评价方式,以实现“精准供给”和“精准滴灌”。

The precise supply of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should be oriented to the personalized and diversified demands of college students,and teachers should cultivate students from the perspective of value orientation in a way like the drip irrigation with precision.At present,the most prominent problem of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to teach in a way like the flood irrigation,which may cause negative impacts in many aspects from multiple levels.The problems exist between the teaching subject(supply side)and the teaching object(demand side),for instance,the lack of focus in the content and the methods from the supply side,imprecise evaluation,etc.It is necessary to continuously improve the concepts,contents and methods of teaching supply,integrate new information technology and tools into ideological and political education,and make full use of data mining,algorithm analysis and other technologies to provide the precise supply of content and evaluation methods for college students,in order to achieve precise supply and precise cultivation.
