摘要
为了研究具有较好水动力性能的水翼外形,本文采用了自由变形方法对NACA0012水翼外形开展外形优化设计研究,建立了一套外形优化设计框架。外形优化设计框架采用基于非均匀有理B样条的自由变形方法实现水翼的外形参数化;经流场仿真后由序列二次规划算法进行优化迭代。利用优化框架分别对NACA0012水翼进行了单点及多点外形优化设计。优化目标旨在提高水翼的升阻比,在满足体积和厚度约束的条件下,优化结果表明:单点及多点设计下升阻比分别提升了8.46%和8.47%,水翼外形得到了较好的优化。
In this paper,free-form deformation method is adopted in the shape optimization design of NACA0012 hydrofoil to improve its hydrodynamic performance,and a shape optimization framework is established.In the framework,free-form deformation based on non-uniform rational B-spline is adopted to realize the parameterization of the hydrofoil.And optimization progress is performed by the sequential quadratic programming algorithm after the flow-field simulation.Then,the framework is used to operate the single-point and multi-point optimization designs of NACA0012 hydrofoil,respectively,to maximize the lift-drag ratio.Under the volume and thickness constraints,optimization results show that the lift-drag ratios are increased by 8.46%and 8.47%for the single-point and multi-point designs,respectively.
