牙周基础治疗对吸烟者和非吸烟者龈沟液成分及临床指标的影响

Effect of periodontal therapy on the components and clinical indexes of gingival crevicular fluid in smokers andnonsmokers

目的探讨吸烟对龈沟液中IL-17和TGF-β的表达水平的影响。方法慢性牙周炎患者27例分成两组:未吸烟组12例,吸烟组15例。于基础治疗前后检查患者探诊深度、附着丧失,采集龈沟液标本,用ELISA检测IL-17及TGF-β水平。结果基础治疗前IL-17及TGF-β浓度吸烟组高于未吸烟组,差异有统计学意义。探诊深度及附着丧失两组无明显差异。基础治疗后探诊深度、L-17及TGF-β浓度两组均明显降低,且吸烟组高于未吸烟组,有统计学意义。附着丧失两组无明显差异。结论吸烟升高牙周炎龈沟液中IL-17和TGF-β的浓度。

Objective To investigate the effect of smoking on the expression of IL-17 and TGF-beta in gingival crevicular fluid.Methods A total of 27 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into two groups,non-smoking group and smoking group.Before and after treatment,the patients were examined for depth of exploration and loss of attachment.The gingival crevicular fluid samples were collected and IL-17 and TGF-beta levels detected by ELISA.Results The concentration of IL-17 and TGF-beta in smoking group was higher than that in non-smoking group before basic treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the depth of exploration and the loss of attachment between the two groups.After basic treatment,the depth of exploration,the concentration of L-17 and TGF-beta in the two groups were significantly decreased and the higher in smoking group than in the non-smoking groupe.There was no significant difference in attachment loss between the two groups.Conclusion Smoking increases the levels of IL-17 and TGF-beta in gingival crevicular fluid of periodontitis.
