摘要
目的研究口腔黏膜下纤维性变患者血浆中H2S信号的表达变化。方法 83名OSF患者根据临床分期分为三组,对所有患者进行每周1次局部黏膜下确炎舒松及丹参注射液联合注射共8周。在治疗前、治疗结束及治疗结束后12周对患者抽血检测血浆硫化氢及H2S合成酶(CSE)含量。结果正常人血浆中H2S信号表达明显高于OSF患者。H2S信号表达与OSF病变级别呈负相关。通过治疗后所有患者开口度明显有增加,在第20周晚期OSF患者CSE含量明显增高。结论 H2S信号系统表达的减弱可能是OSF发病机制之一,补充外源性的H2S可考虑作为OSF的辅助治疗之一。
Objective To examine the expression of endogenous hydrogen sulfide(H2S)signal system in plasma of patients with oral submucosal fibrosis(OSF).Methods A total of 83 OSF patients were divided into three groups according to the clinical stage.All patients were injected with local submucosal injection with triamcinolone acetonide and salvia miltiorrhiza solution once a week for 8 weeks.The plasma H2S and cystathionine-γ-lyase(CSE)levels were measured before and after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.Results The expression of H2S signal in normal human plasma was significantly higher than that in OSF patients.The expression of H2S signal was negatively correlated with the stage of OSF.After treatment,the mouth opening degree of all patients increased significantly,and the plasma CSE content of advanced stage OSF patients increased significantly at the 20th week.Conclusion The decreased expression of H2S signaling system may be one of the pathogenesis of OSF.Supplementation of exogenous H2S may be considered as an adjuvant therapy for OSF.
