职教20条背景下新加坡经验对我国高职“双创”人才培养的借鉴研究

The Inspiration of Singapore's Experience in the Context of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan on the Cultivation of"Innovative and Entrepreneurial"Talents in Higher Vocational E ducation in China

我国高等职业教育长期存在管理僵化、项目教学脱离社会需求等问题,《国家职业教育改革实施方案》(职教20条)的实施就是为了破解我国职业教育中的这些问题。"少教多学"、基于问题的学习(PBL)、团队协作式学习、教学工厂、项目制教学等理念与方法是新加坡职业教育取得成功的宝贵经验。学习职教20条的精神,结合国情、校情,借鉴这些行之有效的经验,革新教育理念与手段、建立先进高效的管理制度、推进项目制教学、优化师资队伍建设,以推动我国高职院校"双创"人才的培养。

There are many problems in China's higher vocational education,such as rigid management,project teaching divorced from social needs and so on.The implementation of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan is to solve these problems.The concepts and methods of"less teaching and more studying",problem-based learning(PBL),team-based learning,teaching factory and project-based teaching are valuable experiences for the success of vocational education in Singapore.In order to promote the cultivation of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"talents in higher vocational colleges,we should learn from the spirit of the national vocational education reform implementation plan,and learn from these effective experiences,innovate educational theories and means,establish advanced and efficient management system,promote project-based teaching,and optimize the construction of teaching staff.
