一起山火导致特高压直流双极四阀组同时闭锁事故分析 被引量:2

摘要 新松换流站是目前世界上海拔最高、抗震级别最强的特高压换流站。新东直流是国家大气污染防治行动计划12条重点输电通道之一,送电距离约1953km,输电容量5000MW。本文通过对保护判据的验证、TFR波形分析、程序逻辑分析等方法,对新东直流发生的一起双极四阀组同时闭锁事故进行原因分析,结合线路观测,指出了本次故障为直流线路正下方发生山火所致,对日后新东直流的直流线路故障处理具有一定的指导意义。 Xinsong station is currently the highest ultra high voltage station in the world with the highest altitude and the strongest seismic level.The Xinsong-Dongfang ultra high voltage direct current system is one of the 12 key transmission channels in the national air pollution prevention and control action plan,with a transmission distance of about 1953km and a transmission capacity of 5000MW.Analysis of simultaneous blocks of bipolar four valves manifold in ultra high voltage direct current system through the validation of the protection criterion and TFR waveform analysis,program logic analysis,combined with line observation,points out the fault to direct current line directly caused by wildfires,there is a certain guiding significance for the new fault in the future.
