稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Wenxin Granule Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Arrhythmia in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨对老年冠心病心律失常患者采取稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取贵航贵阳医院2018年3月至2019年2月收治的老年冠心病患者进行研究,共计78例,分为两组研究,每组39例,分组方式为随机数表法。美托洛尔治疗为对照组,观察组除了美托洛尔治疗,还加用稳心颗粒联合治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者在临床治疗总有效率、心电图指标改善比对照组更好(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血压水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组生活质量评分更高(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年冠心病心律失常患者应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗,可进一步提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的高血压与生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of Wenxin Granule and Metoprolol in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to Guiyang Hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups of studies,39 cases in each group,and the grouping method was random number table method.Metoprolol was used as the control group.In addition to Metoprolol,the observation group was also treated with Wenxin Granules.Compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the improvement of ECG indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the blood pressure level of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group had a higher quality of life score(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease can further improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the patient's hypertension and quality of life,and high safety.
