微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的效果观察及应用价值分析

Effect of Mini-implant Anchorage on Clinical Orthodontics and it’s Application

目的分析微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的作用和应用价值。方法选取平邑县中医医院2019年1月至12月接受口腔正畸治疗的70例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(35例)与对照组(35例)。两组患者均采用直丝弓矫治技术治疗,其中对照组选择常规方法关闭间隙,观察组则采用微型种植体支抗关闭间隙。对比两组患者治疗后的上齿槽座角(SNA)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)、上中切牙SN角(U1-SN)、上-下中切牙角(U1-L1)的改善情况,分析微型种植体支抗技术的临床应用价值。结果治疗后,观察组患者的上齿槽座角(SNA)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)、上中切牙SN角(U1-SN)、上-下中切牙角(U1-L1)等指标均显著优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗技术操作简便灵活,可为患者带来更加舒适的体验感,治疗效果良好且稳定,可作为口腔科正畸治疗的重要措施。

Objective To analyze the effect and application value of microimplant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,70 patients received orthodontics in Pingyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as an object of study.According to the numerical random method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.All the patients in the two groups were treated with straight wire,the control group chose the routine method to close the gap.In the observation group,microimplant anchorage was used to close the gap.Then the improvement of upper and lower incisor angle(SNA),upper and lower incisor angle(ANB),upper and middle incisor angle(U1-SN),upper and lower incisor angle(U1-L1)were counted.Analysis of micro-plants Body impedance plays a practical role.Results After treatment,the indicators of upper alveolar Angle(SNA),upper and lower alveolar Angle(ANB),SN Angle of upper central incisors(U1-SN),and U1-L1 Angle of upper and lower central incisors(U1-L1)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The micro-implant anchorage is simple and flexible,the comfort of the patients is more remarkable,the anchorage effect is good and the effect is stable,which can be an important measure for orthodontic treatment in stomatology.
