显微外科手术治疗斜视的应用及有效性分析

Application and Effectiveness of Microsurgical Treatment of Strabismus

目的探讨对斜视患者采用显微外科手术方法进行治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选取南宁爱尔眼科医院2017年7月至2019年3月收治的80例斜视患者作为研究对象,采用数字奇偶法分为治疗组与常规组,每组40例。治疗组采用显微外科手术方法完成斜视治疗,常规组采用直视下矫正手术完成斜视治疗;就组间斜视总疗效数据、手术系列指标(术中出血量、矫正术时间、住院时间以及视力恢复时间)以及手术并发症(结膜囊肿、结膜充血、瘢痕)展开对比。结果治疗组斜视患者治疗总有效率95.00%高于常规组75.00%,(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义;治疗组斜视患者术中出血量(1.25±0.15)mL、矫正术时间(18.59±10.23)min、住院时间(5.82±1.43)d以及视力恢复时间(8.25±1.05)d均少于常规组(9.76±3.19)mL、(38.85±5.25)min、(7.69±1.36)d以及(10.22±1.66)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组斜视患者总手术并发症率5.00%低于常规组27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微外科手术方式有效运用,可使斜视患者总疗效获得明显增强,并同时将术中出血量减少,将矫正术时间、住院时间以及视力恢复时间有效缩短,使结膜囊肿、结膜充血、瘢痕等手术并发症减少,提高预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgical treatment for strabismus patients.Methods A total of 80 patients treated in Nanning Eyre Ophthalmology Hospital from July 2017 to March 2019 were selected,Digital parity was divided into treatment group and routine group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with microsurgery for strabismus,strabismus treatment was performed in the routine group by direct vision correction;total inter-group strabismus efficacy data,surgical parameters(intraoperative blood loss,corrective time,hospital stay and visual recovery time)and surgical complications(conjunctival cyst,conjunctival filling blood,scar)were reported.Results The total curative effect of strabismus patients in treatment group 95.00%was higher than that in routine group 75.00%,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);postoperative bleeding(1.25±0.15)mL、correction(18.59±10.23)min、hospitalization(5.82±1.43)d and visual recovery(8.25±1.05)were less than those in routine group(9.76±3.19)mL、(38.85±5.25)min、(7.69±1.36)d、(10.22±1.66)d.The difference,was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total operative complication rate of strabismus patients in the treatment group was 5.00%lower than that of the conventional group 27.50%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective use of microsurgery can significantly enhance the total therapeutic effect of strabismus patients,and at the same time reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation,the correction time,hospital stay and visual recovery time can be effectively shortened,the complications were fully reduced and the effective prognosis of strabismus patients was finally realized.
