中药塌渍治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Collapse of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中药塌渍治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2019年10月河南省老干部康复医院收治的血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者62例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(31例)与对照组(31例)。其中对照组患者给予红外线及常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中药塌渍治疗,均治疗20 d。20 d后,比较两组患者治疗前后的腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、中医症候评分及临床疗效等指标。结果经过20 d的治疗,两组患者的临床症状和体征较治疗前均有所改善,其中观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血瘀型腰椎间盘突出患者给予中药塌渍、红外线联合常规西医治疗,可以显著改善患者的临床症状和体征,提高生活质量,较红外线联合西医常规治疗有更好的效果。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on lumbar disc herniation with blood stasis.Methods Totally 62 patients with lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type admitted to Henan Old Cadre Rehabilitation Hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and they were randomLy divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with infrared ray and conventional western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine collapse,infrared ray and conventional western medicine for 20 days.Lumbar dysfunction index(ODI),pain visual analogue score(VAS)and TCM were compared in 2 groups after 20 days symptom scores and changes in clinical outcomes.Results After 20 days of treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement degree of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation with traditional Chinese medicine and infrared ray combined with conventional western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
