甲钴胺联合银杏叶胶囊治疗脑小血管病性认知功能障碍的疗效分析

Effect of Methylcobalamin Ginkgo Biloba Capsule on Cognitive Impairment of Cerebral Microvascular Disease in the Near and Long Term

目的探讨甲钴胺联合银杏叶胶囊治疗脑小血管病性认知功能障碍(CSVCL)患者的价值。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月广西南宁市第九人民医院收治的94例CSVCL患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组单纯予以甲钴胺片服用治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用银杏叶胶囊实施治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、阿尔茨海默病评价量表(ADAScog)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)评分、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及β淀粉样蛋白1-40(Aβ1-40)水平临床指标。结果观察组患者用药后3个月及用药后6个月,其Aβ1-40、Hcy水平以及ADAS-cog评分显著低于对照组;总有效率及MOCA评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺联合银杏叶胶囊治疗CSVCL患者,可有效促使其临床Aβ1-40、Hcy等指标降低,有助于认知功能恢复,疗效显著,促进疾病预后改善。

Objective To explore the value of Mecobalamin Combined with Ginkgo biloba capsule in the treatment of cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel disease(CSVCL).Methods A total of 94 csvcl patients from May 2018 to May 2019 in Nanning Ninth People's Hospital of Guangxi Nanning City were selected and randomLy divided into conventional group and combined group,with 47 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Mecobalamin tablets only,while the combined group was treated with Ginkgo biloba capsules on the basis of the conventional group.The long-term and short-term efficacy,cognitive function recovery and improvement of clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of aβ1-40,Hcy and ADAS cog score in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment;the total effective rate and MOCA score of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rational application of mecobalamin+Ginkgo biloba capsule in the treatment of csvcl patients can effectively reduce the clinical aβ1-40,Hcy and other indicators,contribute to the recovery of cognitive function,and have good short-term and long-term effects,and promote the improvement of disease prognosis.
