摘要 乳液聚合是高分子化学课程教学过程中的重点讲授内容,旨在让学生进一步掌握自由基聚合反应特点,能够设计和分析简单的乳液聚合配方体系。但由于乳液聚合过程中粒子成核机理的多样性和动力学的复杂性,学生对乳液聚合的理解仅停留在表观认识层面,不能深刻理解乳液聚合的特点。本文从乳液聚合配方着手,结合自由基引发、增长和终止的特点,深刻解析了乳液聚合过程中的粒子成核及增长过程,简化了乳液聚合过程中的动力学过程,并结合实际说明了乳液聚合中基本概念对解决实际问题的重要性,有助于加深学生对乳液聚合方法的理解。 Emulsion polymerization is one of the most important sections in polymer chemistry course.The aim of this section is training the capabilities of late recipe designing and promoting the understandings of students about free radical polymerization.However,the understanding of emulsion polymerization concepts is difficult for many students due to the complexities of particle nucleation mechanism and kinetic.Authors analyzed the process of particle nucleation and growth in the emulsion polymerization through combining the knowledge of free radical polymerization from polymerization recipe view.This manuscript can help student understand the particle nucleation mechanisms and kinetics in emulsion polymerization.
