摘要
本文结合对学界和业界专家的访谈、课程调查,从综合素养、思维与沟通等素质、核心课程与专业能力、新科技时代叙事能力四方面,探讨如何培养创新型新闻传播人才,研究适合中国的新闻传播教育模式。新闻教育首先是人文教育,有其独特的价值和使命;应当致力思维素质、沟通能力和独创性的培养。在专业方面,新闻教育应培养学生对现实的理解力、专业的判断力、采集信息和叙事的能力,以及新媒体传播运营方面的能力,并按此开设相应的课程;现阶段要重视培养数据素养与跨媒体叙事能力。
This paper explores how journalism schools cultivate innovative journalism talents from the aspects of comprehensive literacy,critical thinking,core courses,and narrative ability in the new technology era by combining interviews with academics and industry experts,and course surveys of students,and discuss J-education model for China.First and foremost,J-education is humanistic education,which has its unique value and mission;it should be dedicated to the cultivation of thinking quality,communication skills and creativity.In terms of majors,J-education should cultivate students’understanding of reality,professional judgment,the ability to gather information and narrative ability,and the entrepreneurial spirit and marketing ability of new media.J-education should set up core courses according to the need;and must pay more attention to training data literacy and cross-media narrative ability.
