融合式教学模式在高等医学院校医学人文教学中的实践探索——以哈尔滨医科大学为例 被引量:4

Practical Exploration of Blended Learning Model in Medical Humanities Teaching in Higher Medical Colleges:Taking Harbin Medical University as an Example

摘要 医学人文执业能力是临床医师执业过程中应当且必须具备的基本技能,对我国医患关系的良性发展具有重要意义。高等医学院校开展医学伦理学、医患沟通学等医学人文课程是培养医学生医学人文执业能力的重要途径和有效手段,但单纯的课堂说教形式造成师生间刻板互动,知识内化程度不够,无法充分发挥人文精神在临床实践中的作用。鉴于现阶段我国高等医学院校医学人文教学实效性存在诸多困境,以哈尔滨医科大学为例,通过界定融合式教学模式概念,提出“双主体”“两结合”教学指导理念,从构建知识交流共享平台、实施线上线下多元教学措施及创新考核评价体系等方面探讨融合式教学模式在医学人文教学中的实践路径并分享实践成效,以期为提高医学生医学人文执业能力的教学方法提供参考。 Medical humanities practice ability is a basic skill that clinicians should and must possess in the process of practicing medicine,which is of great significance to the benign development of doctor-patient relationship in China.Medical humanities courses such as medical ethics and doctor-patient communication are important ways and effective methods to cultivate medical students’medical humanities practice ability.However,the simple classroom teaching form causes stereotyped interaction between teachers and students,weakens the level of knowledge internalization.And it cannot give full play to the transformation and application of humanistic spirit in clinical practice.At the present stage,in view of the many difficulties in the medical humanities teaching in higher medical colleges in China,taking Harbin Medical University as an example,this paper proposes the concept of“dual-subject”and the teaching guidance of“two-combination”by defining the concept of Blended Learning Model,explores the practical path of the Blended Learning Model in medical humanities teaching and shares practical effects from the construction of knowledge platform,the implementation of online and offline pluralism teaching measures and the innovative evaluation system in order to provide reference for improving the medical students’teaching methods of medical humanities practice ability.
