摘要
当前的核医学辐射防护理论教学中,教学内容仅偏重于医护人员自身的个人防护,未能明确涉及与患者利益相关的伦理学问题。针对上述教学内容短板,从患者利益角度出发,提出对核医学辐射防护教学中伦理学原则的三点探索:核医学检查正当性判定原则、患者防护最优化原则和知情同意原则。通过对核医学辐射防护伦理学内容的扩充,可使教学对象掌握如何避免患者受到过度辐射损伤的原则及相应的方法举措,从而维护患者利益和医患关系,提高教学实效。
In the current theoretical teaching of nuclear medicine radiation protection,the teaching content only focuses on the personal protection of medical staff themselves,and fails to clearly involve ethical issues related to the interests of patients.In view of the shortcomings of the above-mentioned teaching content,this study proposed three explorations of the ethical principles in the teaching of nuclear medicine radiation protection from the perspective of the interests of patients,including:the principle of the legitimacy of nuclear medicine examination,the principle of the optimization of patient protection and the principle of informed consent.By expanding the ethics content of nuclear medicine radiation protection,teaching subjects would be able to master the principles and corresponding measures of how to avoid patients from excessive radiation damage,so as to safeguard the interests of patients and the doctor-patient relationship,and improve the teaching effectiveness.
