Current situation of imaging diagnosis and interventional therapy of cesarean scar pregnancy

临床上剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)发病率逐年升高,已成为威胁妇女生命健康的主要因素。其诊断方法和发病机制多种多样,各种影像学诊断各具优势。介入治疗具有良好效果和安全性,已广泛应用于临床。该文通过分析总结CSP特征、影像学诊断及子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗现状,探讨不同分型CSP患者介入治疗选择。

Clinically,the incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP)is gradually increasing year by year.CSP has become a major threat to women’s lives and health.CSP has a variety of pathogenesis,and there are a variety of diagnostic methods for CSP,and different imaging diagnostic methods have their own advantages.For the treatment of CSP,interventional therapy has satisfactory efficacy and safety,therefore,it has been widely used in clinical practice.Through summarizing the clinical and imaging characteristics of CSP and reviewing the current situation of uterine artery embolization of CSP,this paper aims to make a comprehensive discussion on the selection of interventional methods for the patients with different types of CSP.(J Intervent Radiol,2020,29:1052-1055)
