基于复杂网络的鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗骨关节炎的有效方案分析

Analysis of Effective Schemes of Lugua Peptide Injection for Treating Osteoarthritis Based on Complex Network

目的:探究鹿瓜多肽注射液在真实世界中治疗骨关节炎联合用药的有效方案。方法:本研究提取来自于全国26家三甲医院HIS数据库,运用鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗骨关节炎患者的数据信息。选取Apriori算法建立模型,并用Clementine 12.0进行关联分析,复杂网络分析其联合用药寻求核心药物。结果:将全国26家三甲医院中4 050例患者纳入分析,其中优效人群为3 964例,占97.88%。鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗骨关节炎常与西药维生素C、玻璃酸钠、赖氨匹林、七叶皂苷钠注射液、倍他米松、地塞米松、来氟米特片、氨基葡萄糖、利多卡因注射液、双氯芬酸钠以及中药虎力散胶囊、正清风痛宁等联合应用。结论:骨关节炎症患者通过鹿瓜多肽注射液进行干预治疗,有良好的安全性、稳定性,可显著提高临床疗效。

Objective:In order to explore the effective scheme of Lugua Polypeptide Injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis in the real world.Methods:This study extracted data of osteoarthritis patients who were treated with Lugua Polypeptide Injection from the HIS database of 26 top three hospitals nationwide. Apriori algorithm was used to establish the model, and Clementine 12.0 was used for association analysis, and the complex network analysis on drugs combination was used to find the core drugs.Results:A total of 4,050 patients from 26 top three hospitals nationwide were included in the analysis, of which, 3,964 were superior patients, accounting for 97.88%. Lugua peptide injection for the treatment of osteoarthritis was often combined with western medicine vitamin C, sodium hyaluronate, lyspiline, sodium aescinate injection, betamethasone, dexamethasone, leflunomide tablets, glucosamine, lidocaine injection, diclofenac sodium, traditional Chinese medicine Hulisan capsule, Zhengqingfengtongning and so on. Conclusion:Lugua peptide injection has a good safety and stability to treat patients with osteoarthritis, which significantly improves the clinical efficacy.
