摘要
提出了一种基于盖顶降压式海底表层、浅层天然气水合物开采装置。通过搭建水合物开采过程温度场模型,对不同加热温度、压力下的开采装置开采结果进行研究,总结得到天然气水合物产出时加热温度与压力的变化情况,以及产气率和产气量的影响规律。实验数据显示:盖顶降压式装置在开采天然气水合物矿藏过程中,必要的热源输入是必不可少的;在相同生产压力、不同恒温热源温度下,温度越高,开采装置最大产气率越大,总产气量也越大,但后期产气率下降迅速。本研究对天然气水合物开采具有一定指导意义。
In this paper, a kind of subsea surface gas hydrate mining device based on capping and pressure reduction is proposed. By building the temperature field model of hydrate production process, and studying the exploitation results of exploitation device under different heating temperature and pressure, the changes of heating temperature and pressure when natural gas hydrate is produced, as well as their influence on gas production rate and gas production, are summarized. Coping step-down type device in the process of exploitation of natural gas hydrate deposits, is essential and necessary heat input on the same production pressure, different constant temperature heat source temperature, the higher the temperature and the maximum rate of producing gas extraction device, the greater the total volume is, but in the late period the rate of producing gas dropped rapidly. This study is of certain guiding significance.
