强脊透骨酊联合电针治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Clinical observation on Qiangji Tougu tincture combined with electroacupuncture in treating elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察强脊透骨酊联合电针治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的151例老年腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成两组,对照组77例,试验组74例。对照组给予电针治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上涂抹强脊透骨酊,干预28 d后评价总体症状体征、疼痛程度和临床疗效。结果:试验组在改善JOA症状体征评分、疼痛程度方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强脊透骨酊联合电针治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症疗效突出,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qiangji Tougu tincture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of elderly lumbar disc herniation.Methods:151 elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,77 in the control group and 74 in the experimental group.The control group was given electroacupuncture.The experimental group was treated with Qiangji Tougu tincture on the basis of the control group.After 28 days of intervention,the overall symptoms and signs,the degree of pain and the overall clinical effect were evaluated.Results:The score of JOA symptoms and signs and the degree of pain in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Qiangji Tougu tincture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of senile lumbar disc herniation is outstanding,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
